Kvindemuseet (English: Women's Museum) is a history museum in Aarhus, Denmark focused on the cultural history of women in Denmark.[1] Housed in the former Aarhus City Hall, Kvindemuseet was founded in 1982.[2] As of 2012, the museum operated on a budget of 10 million Danish krone from state, municipal and private funding.[3]
