Kuwait's second district consists of 13 residential areas starting from the main suburban districts of Dahiyat, Abdullah Al-Salem, Shammiya and Shuwaikh to the tribal areas of Sulaibikhat and Doha. It also includes Qadsia, Mansouriya, Faiha and Nuzha. It has the lowest number of voters among the five districts with 41,365 voters, including 22,103 women and 19,262 men.

Doha has the largest number of voters with 6,636 followed by Sulaibkhat with 6,231 and Qadsia with 5,484.
