Kujakowice Górne [kujakɔˈvit͡sɛ ˈɡurnɛ] (German: Ober Kunzendorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kluczbork, within Kluczbork County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-east of Kluczbork and 45 km (28 mi) north-east of the regional capital Opole.
The village is first mentioned in written records in 1253.
