Akinori Tsukioka is a Japanese professional wrestler better known as Kuishinbo Kamen. He is very distinguishable by his clown outfit.
Career
Kuishinbo Kamen has competed in various wrestling promotions including Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, the International Wrestling Association of Japan, Osaka Pro, and All Japan Pro Wrestling.

Kamen competed as a member of Team Japan in the TNA Wrestling 2004 World X-Cup.
