Kris Kocurek (born November 15, 1978) is a former American football defensive tackle and current defensive line coach for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the seventh round of the in 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Texas Tech.
Kocurek also played for the Tennessee Titans. Kocurek was hired by the Detroit Lions in 2009 as assistant defensive line coach and was promoted to head defensive line coach in 2010 after the retirement of Bob Karmelowicz.[1]
