Kralovice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈkralovɪtsɛ]; German: Kralowitz) is a town in the Pilsen Region of the Czech Republic. The town is situated about 35 km (22 mi) in the North-East from Pilsen. Part of the town is also the pilgrimage site in Mariánská Týnice.

History

Until 1918, the town was part of the Austrian monarchy (Austria side after the compromise of 1867), head of the KRALOWITZ - KRALOVICE district, one of the 94 Bezirkshauptmannschaften in Bohemia.[1]

A post-office was opened in 1851.
