Koziejówka [kɔʑeˈjufka] (Ukrainian: Козіївка, Koziyivka) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stary Dzików, within Lubaczów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) east of Stary Dzików, 16 km (10 mi) north-west of Lubaczów, and 72 km (45 mi) east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
