Kowiesy [kɔˈvjɛsɨ] is a village in Skierniewice County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Kowiesy. It lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) east of Skierniewice and 67 km (42 mi) east of the regional capital Łódź.[1]
The village has an approximate population of 150.
