Koun Mom (Khmer: ស្រុកកូនមុំ) is a district in Ratanakiri Province, northeast Cambodia. As of 1998, it had a population of 8,814.[1]

The district is subdivided into six communes (khum),[2] which are further subdivided into 23 villages (phum).
