Kostníky is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.97 square kilometres (5.01 sq mi), and has a population of 206 (as at 3 July 2006).
Kostníky lies approximately 33 kilometres (21 mi) south-west of Třebíč, 48 km (30 mi) south of Jihlava, and 152 km (94 mi) south-east of Prague.
