Kostelní Myslová (Czech pronunciation: [ˈkostɛlɲiː ˈmɪslovaː]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.11 square kilometres (1.97 sq mi), and has a population of 63 (as at 31 December 2007).

Kostelní Myslová lies approximately 31 kilometres (19 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 127 km (79 mi) south-east of Prague.
