Kostas Patavoukas (Greek: Κώστας Παταβούκας) (born February 3, 1966) is a Greek retired professional basketball player.
He started his career with Asteras Exarhion and later played for AEK BC. With AEK BC Patavoukas was a 2 time Greek Cup finalist in 1988 and 1992. He moved to Panathinaikos BC and won the Euroleague in 1996 in Paris and 2 Greek Championships (1998, 1999). After Panathinaikos BC he played for Kinder Bologna.
In 1989 Kostas Patavoukas was a silver medalist at the Eurobasket 1989 in Yugoslavia.
In July 2007 Costas Patavoukas was appointed technical director of the Ionic Lamia.
