Kosei Shibasaki (柴崎 晃誠, born August 28, 1984 in Nagasaki) is a Japanese footballer who plays for Tokushima Vortis in the J. League Division 2.[1]
In June 2011, Shibasaki was called up to be part of the Japan squad that faced Peru, although he did not play.[2]
