Kontron AG is a German-based multinational company which designs and manufactures embedded computer modules, boards and systems.

Kontron AG serves OEMs, system integrators and application providers of different market segments (amongst others: Industrial Automation, Communications, Transportation, Test & Measurement, Medical, Governmental). Kontron develops, manufactures and sells its products worldwide. Kontron is a Premier Member of the Intel Embedded Alliance. Kontron's US location is located in Poway, California.

The corporate group is headquartered in Eching. The corporate group consists of the Kontron Embedded Computers GmbH (Eching and Roding), the Kontron Embedded Modules GmbH (Deggendorf), and the Kontron Modular Computers GmbH (Kaufbeuren).
