Konstantin Rakutin

Konstantin Ivanovich Rakutin (Russian: Константин Иванович Ракутин, 1901-1941) was a Major-General of the NKVD. He served during World War II. Rakutin was killed during the Yelnya Offensive in the opening stages of Operation Barbarossa.
