Princess Konstancja Poniatowska (1759–1830) was a Polish noble lady. Her uncle Stanisław August Poniatowski was King of Poland.
Konstancja married Ludwik Tyszkiewicz on April 4, 1775 in Warsaw. Her daughter Anna married Count Aleksander Stanisław Potocki on 15 May 1805 in Wilno.
She was one of the closest friends of the famous French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Charles Maurice de Talleyrand-Périgord.
