Konagai Station

Konagai Station (小長井駅 Konagai-eki) is a railway station in Isahaya, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by JR Kyushu and is on the Nagasaki Main Line.
Layout
Konagai Station has one island platform and two tracks. The station building and the platform are connected by a footbridge. It is an unmanned station with a ticket machine.
Usage
According to 2003 figures, an average of 316 people use this train station every day.[citation needed]
History
- 1934-12-01 - Opening by the Japanese Government Railways
- 1976-06-06 - The track from Tosu to Nagasaki is electrified
- 1987-04-01 - Railways privatize and Konagai Station is inherited by JR Kyushu
