Komatsushima (小松島市 Komatsushima-shi) is a city located in Tokushima Prefecture, Japan. The city was founded on June 1, 1951.

As of May 31, 2011, the city has an estimated population of 41,189, with 16,849 households and a population density of 909.25 persons per km². The total area is 45.30 km².
