Komárovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.11 square kilometres (1.20 sq mi), and has a population of 114 (as at 3 July 2006).
Komárovice lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) south-west of Třebíč, 38 km (24 mi) south of Jihlava, and 147 km (91 mi) south-east of Prague.
