Kojatice is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.62 square kilometres (2.17 sq mi), and has a population of 348 (as at 3 July 2006).
Kojatice lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) south-west of Třebíč, 45 km (28 mi) south of Jihlava, and 153 km (95 mi) south-east of Prague.
