Kodi Ramakrishna

Kodi Ramakrishna (Telugu: కోడి రామకృష్ణ) is an Indian film director and writer principally in Andhra Pradesh. He has directed more than 100 movies in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi languages all together.

Profile

Kodi Ramakrishna hails from Palakollu, in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. His career in the Indian Cinema industry spans more than 30 years. He has a wide repertoire, across genres. His films are often based on village background stories, family stories, women oriented stories, political stories and socio-fantasy stories. Arundhati, Anji and Ammoru movies are best examples for his direction and special effects skill. His first movie Intlo Ramayya Veedhilo Krishnayya ran for 525 days.
