Kobylnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.09 square kilometres (1.97 sq mi), and has a population of 1032 (as at 31 December 2012).

Kobylnice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Brno and 198 km (123 mi) south-east of Prague.
