Kožušice is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.18 square kilometres (2.77 sq mi), and has a population of 110 (as at 3 July 2006).
Kožušice lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Vyškov, 42 km (26 mi) east of Brno, and 225 km (140 mi) south-east of Prague.
