Knowlarity Communications Pvt. Ltd. is a cloud based telephony service provider company based Gurgaon, India. It provides voice applications to small and medium enterprises.
As of January, 2013, Knowlarity has clients in 65 countries.[citation needed]
History
The service was founded by Ambarish Gupta, graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology,[1][2] in 2009 with the Small and Medium Enterprise segment as its primary target.[3][4] Knowlarity has solved tracking and monitoring issues in the Mid-day Meal Scheme (a project for provision of lunch, free of cost to school-children, below the poverty line, on all working days) for the Government of Uttar Pradesh using a software called SuperCaller.[5][6][7]
In Jan 2012, Sequoia Capital invested $6.6m in the company to acquire a minority stake. [8] [9]
