Klaus-Heiner Lehne

Klaus-Heiner Lehne (born 28 October 1957, Düsseldorf) is a German lawyer, politician and Member of the European Parliament for North Rhine-Westphalia.[1] He is a member of the conservative Christian Democratic Union, part of the European People's Party[1] and is among the signatories of the Spinelli Manifesto for a more federal Europe.
As a lawyer, Lehne is partner at Taylor Wessing and "advises his clients primarily on EC-law issues".[2] Due to his work, he has been labeled as one of the EU's "worst lobbyists".[3]
