Kladníky is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.46 square kilometres (1.34 sq mi), and has a population of 145 (as at 3 July 2006).
Kladníky lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Přerov, 29 km (18 mi) south-east of Olomouc, and 239 km (149 mi) east of Prague.
