Kiyoshi Okuma (大熊 清, born June 21, 1964 in Urawa, Saitama, Japan) is a former Japanese football player. He managed U-20 Japan national football team at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship and 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship.

His younger brother Yuji is also a former Japanese footballer.

Current he is the manager of Omiya Ardija in J. League Division 1.
