Kiyoko Ono (小野 清子 Ono Kiyoko, born February 4, 1936 in Iwanuma, Miyagi) is a Japanese politician. She also represented Japan in Tokyo Olympic Games as an artistic gymnast.
Politician
Kiyoko won the election in 1986 and was one of the members in the House of Councillors for 1986 to 2007. While Kiyoko occupied the seat she once served as a Minister of State (a chairman of National Safety Commission)
Family
Kiyoko has a family with five children and her husband is Takashi Ono, also a famous gymnast.[1]
