Kitwood is a hamlet in Hampshire, England. The nearest town is Alton at 6 miles (9.7 km) and the nearest railway station is the Medstead and Four Marks railway station at the village of Four Marks, approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) away.
In 1932, due to the new parish plan of the village of Four Marks, Kitwood's former parish had to be annexed. Thus Kitwood has now been merged into the parish of Four Marks.
