Kita-Ageo Station (北上尾駅 Kita-Ageo-eki) is a railway station of Takasaki Line, East Japan Railway Company in Harashimmachi, in the city of Ageo, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

The station has two side platforms.

1 Takasaki Line for Ōmiya, Urawa and Ueno
Shōnan-Shinjuku Line (Tōkaidō Line through service) for Ōmiya, Shinjuku, Yokohama, Ōfuna and Hiratsuka
2 Takasaki Line for Kumagaya, Kagohara, Takasaki and Maebashi
