Kintetsu-Miyazu Station (近鉄宮津駅 Kintetsu-Miyazu-eki) is a railway station on the Kintetsu Kyoto Line in Kyōtanabe, Kyoto, Japan

Layout

The station has an island platform and four tracks.

2 Kyoto Line for Shin-Hōsono, Yamato-Saidaiji, Nara, Tenri, Kashiharajingū-mae, Yoshino and Ōsaka Namba
3 Kyoto Line for Shin-Tanabe, Tambabashi, Kyōto and Kyōto Kokusaikaikan

Tracks 1 and 4 are used for passing trains.

History

  • 1993-03-18 - Miyamaki Signal Box opens to serve new Miyazu Train Yard
  • 1993-09-21 - Miyamaki Signal Box become a passenger station named Kintetsu Miyazu Station
