Kimberly Ann Joiner is a beauty queen from Gilbert, Arizona who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2008.

Joiner won the Miss Arizona USA 2008 title in a state pageant held in Phoenix, Arizona on October 20, 2007. This was Joiner's first attempt at the title, and her second pageant competition after she won the Miss Hispanic Arizona title in 2003. Joiner was part of the Fiesta Bowl Queen and Court in 2006-2007, serving as a spokeswoman and ambassador, in addition to being involved with Special Olympics and Best Buddies Arizona since high school. She went on to represent Arizona in the Miss USA 2008 pageant, televised live from Las Vegas, Nevada on April 11, 2008 on NBC.

Joiner is currently a certified K-12 Special Education Teacher, after graduating magna cum laude from Arizona State University in 2006, where she received a full tuition scholarship granted for community service, financial need, and academic achievement. She attended Highland High School in Gilbert, Arizona, where she was a State Champion varsity athlete, graduating in 2003.
