Kilkerrin

Kilkerrin (Irish: Cill Choirín) is a village in County Galway, Ireland. It is situated on the R364 regional road 6km south of the town of Glenamaddy. Notable features in the area are Kiltullagh Lake and the Lough Lurgeen raised bog.

About Kilkerrin
Kilkerrin is a village in North East Galway, 17 km from Tuam. The area around Kilkerrin has some interesting geological features, such as eskers, raised bog at Curraghamaeigh, Lough Lurgeen and an underground stream flowing from here into a turlough.
