Kijura is a town in, Kabarole District in Western Uganda. It is one of the municipalities in Kabarole District. The municipalities in the district include:
- Fort Portal Municipality
- Kijura Municipality
Location
Kijura is located approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi), by road, northeast of Fort Portal, the largest town in the sub region.[1] The coordinates of the town are:00 48 36N, 30 24 54E (Latitude:0.8100; Longitude:30.4150).
