Kigali Independent University

The Kigali Independent University (French: Université Libre de Kigali, ULK) is a university in Rwanda. It has a Kigali campus and a Gisenyi campus in the Rubavu district.[1]

In 2009 Professor Rwigamba Balinda, the founder and chancellor, stated that English would be the only language of instruction at ULK. Previously both English and French were languages of instruction.[2]
