Kholqabad-e Sofla (Persian: خلق ابادسفلي, also Romanized as Kholqābād-e Soflá; also known as Kholqābād-e Pā'īn)[1] is a village in Tabadkan Rural District, in the Central District of Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,158, in 303 families.[2]
