Khirbat Sa'sa' was a Palestinian Arab village in the District of Haifa. It was depopulated during the 1947–1948 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on April 28, 1948. It was located 15 km east of Haifa.

The Romans referred to the village as Kefar Sasai. Building foundations, tombs carved in rocks, cisterns, and caves are located in the area.

In 1945 it had a population of 151.
