Keyvan Rural District (Persian: دهستان كيوان) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Khoda Afarin County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 2,905, in 682 families.[2] The rural district has 33 villages.
