Kevin Cameron is a Republican politician from Salem in the U.S. state of Oregon. He has represented District 19 in the Oregon House of Representatives since February 2005.[1]
Cameron was born in the late 1950s and grew up in southern California.[2] He and his wife Judy, who married in 1982,[3] have two grown daughters.[2]
Cameron earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Oregon State University, and completed one year of an MBA program at the University of Colorado.[2] He is the CEO and co-owner of the Cafe Today restaurant chain, which has a branch in the basement of the Oregon State Capitol.[2]
He was appointed to succeed state representative Dan Doyle, who resigned amid investigations into his campaign finances.[2]
