Kerio Operator is a commercial IP-PBX solution based on Asterisk (PBX) developed by Kerio Technologies. It runs as a virtual appliance, software appliance or hardware box. It tries to combine the flexibility of Asterisk with the simplicity of configuring it via a Webadministration GUI.

Features

Client

Its features include Call Pickup and Parking, CRM integration, Voicemail to Email, Reporting, Call recording etc. It also offers the so-called "MyPhone" interface, where the user can configure for example call forwardings.

Administrators

For administrators it features auto-provisioning of supported phones, web-based administration, reporting and call recording.

Security

For security purposes, calls can be encrypted and with the password guessing protection you can avoid the abuse of the PBX. It has also some sort of "intelligence" where Kerio Operator detects anomalous behaviour.

Autoprovisioning

Autoprovisioning means, that the PBX is responsible for the configuration of the connected phones to a PBX. The supported models of Kerio Operator are:
