Keramuddin Keram is a politician in Afghanistan, serving as Governor of Panjshir Province since April 21, 2010. He was previously Chief of staff in the Ministry of Defense under Mohammed Fahim between 2002 and December 2004. He is an ethnic Tajik.[1]
