Kenli County (simplified Chinese: 垦利县; traditional Chinese: 墾利縣; pinyin: Kěnlì Xiàn) is a county of northern Shandong province, People's Republic of China, situated on the southern (right) bank of the Yellow River. It is under the administration of Dongying City, 20 kilometres (12 mi) to the southeast.
The population in 1999 was 211,444.[1]
