Kedar Pandey

Kedar Pandey (born December 9, 1913)[1] was an Indian freedom fighter and Indian National Congress politician, who remained the Chief Minister of Bihar, member of the Lok Sabha and Minister of Railways in Union Cabinet Government of India.[2] He was chief minister from March 1972 to July 1973.[3]
