Prince Kazimierz Poniatowski, born Count Kazimierz Poniatowski (September 15, 1721 – April 13, 1800) was a Polish Szlachcic, podkomorzy wielki koronny (1742–1773), generał wojsk koronnych. Knight of the Order of the White Eagle, awarded on August 3, 1744 in Warsaw.
He was Great Podkomorzy of the Crown in 1742-1773 and General of the Crown Army. He was also created a Prince by his brother King Stanisław II August Poniatowski on December 4, 1764.
He married on January 21, 1751 Apollonia Ustrzycka (January 17, 1736 – 1814), by whom he had one son and two daughters:
- Prince Stanisław Poniatowski (1754–1833)
- Princess Katarzyna Poniatowska (August 25, 1756-March 1773)
- Princess Konstancja Poniatowska (March 2, 1759 – 1830), married on April 4, 1775 Ludwik Tyszkiewicz (died 1808), hetman polny litewski i marszałek wielki litewski
