Kavossy Franklin (born 18 July 1975, in Houston, Texas) is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Harbour Heat in the New Zealand National Basketball League.
Franklin attended Augusta State University, and played for the Black Hills Gold in the International Basketball Association and the United States Basketball League's Washington Congressionals. He joined the Sydney Kings in 2003 and won an NBL championship with the team in 2003. After playing for one year with the Hunter Pirates, he joined the South Dragons in 2006. Franklin joined the Wollongong Hawks for the 2007/08 season.
