Kavi Gupta CHICAGO | BERLIN is a network of contemporary art galleries owned by gallerist Kavi Gupta, with locations in Chicago and Berlin.

Kavi Gupta opened its doors in Chicago, in the year 2000.[1] The gallery expanded to a second space in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg borough of Berlin in 2008.[2] In September 2013 the gallery expanded to a third space, which will be the largest commercial gallery in Chicago.[3] The new space debuted an installation exhibition by Roxy Paine entitled Apparatus.[4]

Artists represented by the gallery include Theaster Gates, who was part of the 2010 Whitney Biennial in New York,[5] Melanie Schiff who was in the 2008 Whitney Biennial in New York,[6] and Roxy Paine, who was part of the 2002 Whitney Biennial in New York.[7] Painter Clare E. Rojas was featured in the documentary Beautiful Losers (film).

As of 2013, Kavi Gupta now represents Roxy Paine[8] and Glenn Kaino.[9]

The Kavi Gupta galleries are active at art fairs around the world, including Art Basel in Miami Beach and in Hong Kong, The Armory Show, EXPO Chicago, Art Chicago, Volta NY, NADA Art Fair Miami.[10]

In addition to the fully represented artists, the Kavi Gupta galleries work with a number of international artists for ongoing projects and single exhibitions, and the galleries also hold works from a number of other artists which the gallery does not fully represent.
