Katsuya Inoue (井上 克也 Inoue Katsuya, born August 10, 1979), is a Japanese mixed martial artist. He is the former 2-time Pancrase Interim Welterweight Champion (152.5 to 165.7 lb /69 to 75 kg). He has competed in the Pancrase organization since 2004 with a 8-1-1 record. He was awarded the interim Pancrase title with a TKO victory in the finals of the Pancrase - 2007 Neo-Blood Tournament Finals over Brazilian journeyman Fabricio Nascimento. He is the older brother of mixed martial arts fighter and grappler Seigo Inoue.

His last notable fight was a loss in 2008 against current UFC fighter Nick Diaz in a title eliminator match for the newly created DREAM welterweight title.[1]
