Katie Quinn Lowes[1] (born September 22, 1981) is an American actress. She appears in the ABC drama Scandal, as Quinn Perkins formerly Lindsay Dwyer.[2]
Life and career
A graduate of New York University Tisch School of the Arts, she was cast in the stage play Four Saints in Mexico and quickly landed her first role in the FX series Rescue Me in 2004. Four years later, she landed a series regular role as Brandy Buffkin on the CW comedy-drama Easy Money.[3] Lowes guest starred in many television series including Guiding Light, Damage Control, As the World Turns, The Sopranos, Without a Trace, NCIS, Ghost Whisperer, Swingtown, Castle, Leverage, Private Practice, Grey's Anatomy, and The Closer. Her film credits include: Quarter Life Crisis, No Man's Land: The Rise of Reeker, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, The Job, Circle of Eight, Chris Weisberg Is Growing Bald, Bear, Callers, Phil Cobb's Dinner for Four, Super 8 and Café.
She is currently appearing as Quinn Perkins formerly Lindsay Dwyer in the Shonda Rhimes/ABC drama series, Scandal, with Kerry Washington.[4]
Personal life
Lowes married Adam Shapiro in 2012.
