Kathy L. Rapp is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 65th District.

Career

She was elected in 2004. She currently serves on the House Environmental Resources and Energy, State Government, and Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committees. She also sits on the House Education Committee, where she is the senior Republican member on the Subcommittee on Special Education. [2]

Personal

Prior to elective office, Rapp served as a community relations representative with Beverly Health Care in Warren, Pennsylvania. She volunteered for the Parent Education Network in York, Pennsylvania. She also worked as a compliance monitor with the Pennsylvania Department of Education, where she helped examine special education programs and served as a consultant with the Parent Education Network.[3]

Rapp lives in Warren and is the mother of a son and two daughters. She has three grandchildren.[4]
