Kathleen Anne Loyola Po is a Filipino/American beauty pageant titleholder from California who won the Miss Pearl Philippines USA 2011 title. She was selected by a California-based pageant organizers to represent the Philippines at the Miss Intercontinental 2011 pageant in Orihuela, Alicante, Spain on Oct. 7th but was unplaced.[1] Mutya ng Pilipinas Inc. who owns the Philippines' franchise was unable to send a delegate at the Miss Intercontinental 2011 competition due to local pageant Mutya ng Pilipinas 2011 was delayed until Dec. 2nd. The eventual Mutya ng Pilipinas International 2011 winner was Vicki Marie Milagrosa Rushton.
